Rotary machining

The production hall is equipped with one vertical CNC turning center PUMA V 550 M (with driven tools and rotary table) and two CNC turning machines V 550 T. Horizontal CNC turning machines S 80 and SPS 2/25 (double chuck) .

 

The maximum dimensions of the workpiece are:


maximum turning diameter of the workpiece: 730 m

maximum workpiece length: 750 m

maximum workpiece weight: up to approximately 800 kg

Non-rotary machining

We are equipped with two vertical CNC milling centers MCFV 1060 LR and a horizontal CNC milling center FQH 50 with a rotary table.

 

The maximum workpiece dimensions are:

on vertical centers: 1016 x 590 x 300 mm

on the horizontal center: 630 x 630 x 630 mm

maximum workpiece weight: up to approximately 800 kg

Material division

Material cutting on band saws up to a diameter of 440 mm.

OUR TECHNOLOGY

We have experience in manufacturing a wide range of machine parts. We are currently focusing on serial machining and welding of rail vehicle chassis parts, such as bearing chambers and axle boxes. We also have extensive experience in machining parts for the automotive industry, energy industry and others.

Examples of other serially machined parts: brake discs and wheel drums for trucks, larger bolts and nuts, wood chip feeder chambers, flanges, bearing cages, bearing frames, truck engine components: rocker arms, rocker arms, tappets.

Output inspection It has a coordinate measuring machine Hexagon Metrology GLOBAL Performance 07.10.07, Hexagon Metrology Mistral 100705/1398, 2x mobile 3D measuring arms ROMER Absolute Arm 7725.

Turning

Turning up to a diameter of 800 mm, primarily on vertical turning centers equipped with driven tools.

Milling

Milling up to a diameter of 1,000 mm on horizontal milling centers equipped with rotary tables in increments and automatic pallet changers.
We also operate vertical milling machining centers with automatic pallet changers.

Welding

Robotic welding for parts up to 250 kg in weight and 2,500 mm in length. Utilizing automatic 2-axis and 1-axis positioners, welding is performed using MIG/MAG and TIG methods. The system includes both E-frame and T-frame configurations for part exchange during welding.

Painting

CNC Cutting, Burning

We cut and burn using the following machines: Water Jet – max. 150 × 2,000 × 3,000 mm, Laser – max. 15 × 1,500 × 3,000 mm, Flame Cutting – max. 150 × 2,000 × 6,000 mm, Plasma Cutting – max. 12 × 2,000 × 6,000 mm,  Hydraulic Shears – max. 8 × 3,000 mm, Circular Saws – max. Ø 200 mm, Band Saws – max. Ø 300 mm

Metal Forming

We form metal with maximum precision and force: Press Brake – 130 tons, Hydraulic Presses – 40 tons, Mechanical Bending Machine – 3×2,000 mm, Profile Rolling Machine, Sheet metal forming up to 6 × 3,000 mm
