The company IMETAL sro belongs to the JPS Group.

Since 1993, JPS Group has gradually developed into manufacturing companies and development projects with an overlap into other activities. The community has so far successfully connected more than 20 investors who pool their funds for investments in interesting projects.

The founder of JPS Group was Ing. Josef Sova, who founded the engineering company Josa sro in 1992 and as an investor began investing first in a leasing company. In 1996, a group of investors entered into significant development projects in České Budějovice and Karlovy Vary. The group's activity and the number of investors increased in the new millennium and the group expanded its activities in engineering and became involved in the construction of shopping centers and residential housing in the Czech Republic.

In engineering, we are a supplier and exporter of components for a number of foreign companies. In development, we have implemented, for example, construction on more than 700 plots, construction of family houses and apartments, OC Tesco - Obi Příbram, Globus Karlovy Vary, Hypernova Beroun, Kaufland Příbram and others. Thanks to these projects, we have earned several hundred million crowns together with investors.
